When we first launched the Tiki Trail all those years ago we had a simple vision: to take up Don the Beachcomber’s mantra and "If you can’t get to paradise, we’ll bring paradise to you” And for the last three years that’s exactly what we’ve been doing.
Now we are taking this journey one step further…
Introducing Tikicomber™, the first-ever tiki community app! While there are apps for beer, wine, food, etc. we saw there weren’t any apps focused on tiki. The tiki scene deserves an app too! So, we launched TikicomberTM, the first app designed specifically for the tiki community!
It’s a fun, easy, and engaging way for tikiphiles and newbies alike to discover, collect and share the people, bars, drinks, art, music and more that make up their own tiki world!
With Tikicomber you can:
- Track your own tiki adventures
- Discover new tiki finds
- Share your tiki collection with your ohana.
Unlike social media apps, Tikicomber is specific to the tiki world and designed for authentic, real-life interactions - not just likes and follows. And your content stays private to you!! You set the restrictions on who can see what or who is in your collection. You also set the communication capabilities. That means you control how, when and who you share your collection and interact with.
And we have designed great ways to interact with your Tikicomber app, including wristbands and a killer new mug, designed by Outline Island. These mugs are way cool and have that tiki spirit built right in. A simple tap with your phone and you are collecting and connecting with your tiki ohana!
Built by tiki people for tiki people, Tikicomber is a free app and is available for both Apple and Android phones and will be available starting June 5th. But don’t wait, pre-register today! We'll create your very own Tikicomber card for you. Then once the app is released you’ll be ready customize your card and start engaging and collecting cards from your tiki friends, bars, drinks, art and more.
